The stage of reassembly has now been reached and many pre-prepared components will begin to be fitted over the coming weeks. This is a stunning and comprehensive restoration and one of which all involved will no doubt be very proud, the result will be a usable, durable but curatorially sound vehicle that will no doubt be a great source of fascination to the many visitors who will encounter it at Beamish!
