This morning No.18 journeyed back to Seaham, its home between 1877 and 1975, when it was presented to Beamish.  This was a high-profile event in conjunction with our outreach teams, and the engine arrived in the town to a cheer from waiting spectators.  Here are some of Andy Martin’s photos showing the occasion, with No.18 the star of the show!
