This weekend saw the first of the programme of ‘Power from the Past’ weekends, with the theme for March being the tramway.  As well as a variety of trams in service (all of those available) and a static display, line  ups of ‘Binns’ and Blackpool trams also featured plus on Saturday evening a ‘tour’ operated with Blackpool 280 and Gateshead 10 (as BR 26).  This included a depot and workshop tour plus photo opportunities, as recorded below by David Watchman.

Below: A few from the iPhone now.  The weekend was successful and will be repeated in 2016, taking the March slot as is becoming traditional (and we may look at additional attractions over the weekend such as relocating the tramway exhibition to this date).  Thanks to all of those who came and supported the event and all of the crews who played a part in the activities.
