Below: Another selection of exhibits that will be on display, and perhaps more excitingly, in action, at the Great North Steam Fair. It is important to remember that we are not running a rally, where quantity is often the most important factor in the display, rather seeking a selection of early, high-quality and working exhibits that can be demonstrated around Beamish in something akin to their ‘natural’ environment. Colin and Ian (from the Friends) have been working incredibly hard to ensure the cars and motorcycles brought in reflect our aspirations, and compliment the locomotives, trams and trains also taking part.
