The link below is for a marine website which enables the tracking of most commercial ships at sea and in ports. The page opens up to a page on the ship, with links showing current position on Google Earth to the left. It hasn’t updated for over a day now but shows the ship out in the Atlantic and heading eastwards to its next call at Liverpool where it is due next Tuesday night. Once docked the ship will take a while to unload and the engine and coach will require transferring to lorries for their onward journeys. We are at present not announcing a day or date for this as there is still so much potential for change, however I plan to keep the blog up to date throughout and will be meeting the cargo once it has arrived – as ever the blog will be first for Beamish news!!!
